Neuere Benutzerbewertungen haben eine größere Auswirkung als ältere Bewertungen und Benutzerbewertungen haben keine Auswirkungen mehr, sobald sie älter als 5 Jahre sind. Je mehr Bewertungen ein Unternehmen erhält, desto höher ist die maximal mögliche aggregierte Benutzerbewertung. Nach 100 Bewertungen kann ein Unternehmen die höchste Bewertung erhalten, die dem Durchschnitt seiner Benutzerbewertungen entspricht.
