German economy still expected to stagnate in 2025 - IfW

- German economy to stagnate in 2025 (unchanged from previous forecast)
- German economy expected to grow by 1.5% in 2026 (previous forecast was 0.9%)
The change to the forecast is in anticipation of the spending boom, as the new government is set to loosen the purse strings and drive expenditure into defense and infrastructure mostly.
