This structure ensures that recognition reflects both industry validation and expert evaluation. Each winner is determined by the highest vote in their category, guaranteeing a fair and clean process from start to finish

Nikolai is a seasoned financial services and marketing professional with extensive knowledge in the FX, CFD, and broader online trading industry. Today, he manages operations & editorial at prominent online news publications and a dispute resolution forum. Nikolai has over 18 years of experience in a variety of roles, including a full suite of marketing and operational activities globally, focusing on sales, operations, brand, acquisition, product, and growth. In his professional roles Nikolai has advised firms and C-level executives, as well as successfully managed personnel in marketing, sales & client services.

Andrea Badiola Mateos,Co-CEO, Finance Magnates

Andrea Badiola Mateos is the Co-CEO of Finance Magnates and investingLive, steering their strategic growth and executive direction as part of the newly formed Ultimate Group portfolio. Since joining Finance Magnates in 2016, Andrea has progressed from leading the Cyprus operations to shaping the company’s commercial and brand evolution as Chief Commercial Officer, ultimately advancing into her current leadership role.

With over a decade immersed in fintech, digital payments, and financial media, Andrea is recognized for connecting big-picture vision with rigorous execution. On stage, she’s a sought-after moderator known for making complex ideas resonate, driving candid dialogue, and elevating the conversation wherever she goes.
