Vedikhin, who has over two decades of experience in capital markets technology and corporate governance, will now serve as Chairman of the Board.

“Passing the day‑to‑day leadership to Pedersen allows me to focus on the bigger picture – charting our strategy and shaping product vision that will define the next decade of trading technology."

"With Pedersen driving execution and Rutkovskaya guiding revenue growth, YourBourse is perfectly placed to create even greater value for brokers worldwide,” Vedikhin commented.
