  • We want to support the EU to agree to as many trade deals as possible.
  • We will tackle one-sided dependencies on China in the name of strategic de-risking.

We still haven't heard anything about the US-EU trade deal but it's starting to become unlikely that the EU will be able to avoid a 10% tariff. I'm not sure the EU has the spine to fight a protracted trade war with the US.
