I’ve been with IC Markets since 2017 and can’t complain about the service I’ve received, customer support is very helpful when I need assistance, deposits are straight forward, I wish withdraws reflected quicker in my bank account but they’ve never taken more than 5 days as it’s stated on their site so I can’t really complain much there either.
