Rule Value Details
EA Usage Allowed Expert Advisors, algorithms, and bots permitted with strict prohibitions against arbitrage, grid trading, and simulated-environment exploitation. Traders must maintain platform-visible risk management tools.
Overnight/Weekend Holding Program Dependent Allowed for Experienced, Prestige, and Premium programs. Strictly prohibited for Advanced and Instant programs. Weekend holds in permitted programs must account for potential simulated liquidity changes.
Copy Trading Prohibited Complete ban on mirrored positions across accounts including same-market/direction trades. Multiple account holders must maintain distinct trading approaches. Violations result in profit cancellation and potential account termination.
Trading Strategies Restricted Tick-scalping and strategies exploiting simulated conditions prohibited. All approaches must maintain realistic market assumptions with no "demo environment advantages" permitted.
Inactivity 30-Day Limit Evaluation accounts auto-expire after 30 inactive days. Single trade execution resets timer. Designed to encourage consistent risk management practice.
News Trading Restricted "Boom or bust" news event strategies banned including high-leverage positions opened immediately before/after major economic releases aiming to exploit simulated volatility.
IP Address/VPN/VPS N/A No specific restrictions published - traders should consult official documentation for latest network requirements and geographical limitations.
Prohibited Practices Strictly Banned Includes abusive margin use, single-trade overexposure, broker-harmful strategies, pricing error exploitation, tick-scalping, simulated-environment arbitrage, and multiple account mirroring. Violations lead to immediate termination and profit forfeiture.
Trading Period Unlimited No maximum duration constraints - traders maintain evaluation access until passing criteria or violating rules. Pace determined entirely by trader performance.
Minimum Trading Days None No required trading days - pass evaluations in single session if desired. Focus remains solely on profit targets and rule compliance.
Misc. Rules Various Prohibited countries include Cuba, North Korea, Syria, Iran, and Myanmar. Maximum 2 funded accounts with $400k total AUM limit. Account mergers only permitted for untraded accounts up to $200k. Service disruptions may freeze balances and snapshot positions. Evaluations judged at FTP's discretion with strict compliance requirements. Note that simulated results do not reflect real market performance.
