Hantech Markets Australia's COO joins new CFD Broker
Among this week’s key industry moves, Damon Sze, the Former Chief Operating Officer at Hantec Markets Australia, stepped down to lead a newly launched CFD brokerage. He has been appointed Managing Director of TopWealthTrading.

While the company operates out of Australia, it is legally registered in Vanuatu and is reportedly regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission. Sze's transition marked a shift from a well-established broker to a new player in the region’s growing CFD space.

ATFunded has a new CEO
In the prop trading space, ATFX has named Joshua Dentrinos as CEO of its proprietary trading arm, ATFunded, marking a key leadership addition following the unit’s recent launch.

ATFunded, which began operations earlier this year, offers funded accounts to traders who pass a structured evaluation process that tests for consistent profitability and disciplined risk management.

Former FXCM executive joins FYNXT as CMO
Meanwhile, tech provider FYNXT appointed Sameer Bhopale as Chief Marketing Officer as it looks to expand its global footprint.
Bhopale brings over 25 years of industry experience, including a long tenure at FXCM, where he served as CMO for nearly 14 years after initially joining as VP of Marketing and Sales in 2003.

His background spans key roles across major retail trading and CFD brands, positioning him to support FYNXT’s regional growth strategy.

Saxo veteran Nicolò Pagliari moves to Crypto.com
Lastly, Crypto.com appointed Nicolò Pagliari as its Global Vice President of Growth and Media. Pagliari joins the Singapore-based exchange after a seven-year stint at Saxo Bank, where he most recently served as Head of Marketing for Asia-Pacific.
His move underscores the growing appeal of crypto platforms and prop trading firms for seasoned executives from the CFD and banking sectors.
